Pajamas
I bought some fun Christmas pajamas for my wife and we were both very pleased with the order - reasonable quality for the low price, good delivery. However, they started barraging me with 2 emails a day and I've asked 3 times over 3 weeks for them to stop the emails. They keep saying it will take 3 days but they don't do it. I'm concerned that if their customer service is this unresponsive what would happen if we had an order problem or a payment problem? They are online and new and I don't know if they are trustworthy so we'll look somewhere else

I order two pairs of sneakers( high tops) and clothing March the 1st and have not received it! I will never order from this site again!! No emails about my order no response from customers service nothing! I pray my order comes soon cause i can't get my money back
I still haven't received my clothes I ordered in march ...I write to them in email but never received a response ..tying to give this an honest chance but I don't think I will be ordering from here again
I ordered several items about 3 to 4 weeks ago and still have not received my order. I’m very disappointed but I wanted to share that the customer service DID respond to me rather quickly when I inquired about my order. I also received a shipping email with tracking And a follow up email asking if I’d received my order. They instructed my to send an email to them if I don’t receive my order so maybe customs is the issue fir them. I hope I receive my order though. Or I’m requesting a refund or will handle this through my credit card company as fraud or whatever.
They are dishonest and send you trash now I gotta send back items and spend a lot of money to send them back. Do not order from them!!!!!!

THE CLOTHES ARE PURE/COMPLETE TRASH!!!!!!!! THE PICTURES ONLINE, ARE NOT AT ALL WHAT YOU GET . I BOUGHT 5 DRESSES (FOOLISH ME), AND THEY HAVE IGNORED MY COMPLAINTS OF HOW CHEAP THESE THINGS LOOK. I NEED TO SEND THEM BACK, BUT THEY MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO DO SO.
What email is they responding to because the email I got on there website every time I ask where is my order they say 3-5 days they been sending this same email for weeks now I’m like this must be a Machine generate These question can’t be no one live

No Brittany Winston it isn't normal to have to show a picture of your ID to buy clothing online. I ordered only one dress thank goodness that is made of crap cloth. Sewn poorly and looks nothing like the advertisement. Everyone needs to know that this company is a rip off.

Is the site even real I tried to order items from them even before I read the reviews and the sysrem would not accept my credit card so I read the reviews and now Im happy I did not order from them their customer service number is always busy and you can not contact them
Its fun learning theirr process for returning anything as each step of the way is to...contact them. 6 weeks to receive my order and now im hooked for the action packed ending for my 8 week exchange request. Some people are being asked to accept 5 dollars back and i didn't even get them to make that offer. I often come on reviews and social media sites to say, hello? Its me and ill wait for you forever..
Im writing a book now with the process and anywhere you go or need to have during the only way is to click the contact us link. Each time i learn new things. Im hoping to become the first person to get s full refund.i just want to understand...Ohh a payment problem. I will ask next time i xall about my refund. I ask lots of questions and most dont know what to do with my call. I get passed around and then disconnected causing me not to be able to log into my account for 24 hors. Dont worry its a glitch in their system that will soon be resolved. Im still being questions about my return. Im learning so much and just keep trying because now i cant stop im so curious on many things im told. Planning on writing a screen play in 3 years or so when i possibly have an ending.
Clothing items
The clothes I bought fit really well! I usually wear a size six, so I went with a medium size and it worked out perfectly. This was my second time ordering from them and even though it took a little longer to get this time, I decided to reach out to customer service for an update. They got back to me super fast and gave me all the info I needed on when my order would show up. All in all, I'm happy with how the clothes fit and the customer service was great.

I just bought this really cute Fun Barbie print outfit from this store. Usually, when I order stuff from China, I size up because their sizes can be a bit different. My daughter usually wears an adult small, so I got her a medium in the pants and they fit great. But the top was way bigger than I thought it would be.
Shoes that are bigger on the inside than expected
I bought a pair of shoes from this store not long ago and was really surprised when I found out they were actually bigger than I thought they'd be. They looked the same size as my old ones, but they fit me perfectly when I tried them on. I'm really happy with my purchase!

Someone else will give uou another one and next time one of these won't work or your talking and get disconnected and that makes you wait 24 hours to be able to log in. And everywhere says to correct this is to guess what, contact them ? ? ? i learn something new from each interaction and ask a lot of questions so they actually dont know what to do anymore. Been 4 months with a 6 week wait on received shipment. Im really patient. If you are not i suggested take what you get and run!

I really like ordering from this place. Recently, I got my long jean jacket pretty fast, but it had this weird strong smell and the sleeves were too short. I've tried washing it three times already, but the smell just won't go away. Such a waste of money.
Christmas Long Sleeve Deer Print Ugly Sweater
On Nov 30th I ordered a sweater to wear to a Christmas party, I was to have received it by Dec 18th. I did not receive it until January 20th. They also shipped the wrong sweater. They do not care it arrived late; they do not care I received the wrong sweater. They offered a 30% refund, and I could keep the sweater. I reluctantly said Ok, but they only refunded 25%. Going around and around and they won't come clean. Scammers, cheaters, liars.
A dress
My dress is nothing as shown in the picture! It looks like a washed-out orange while it is displayed on the website as deep red! I asked to cancel the 2nd order processing and I am blocked from my account and all my discussions have disappeared. These people are crooks!!

Ordered from here didn’t receive everything. Ordered 14 pieces recent 10. All of the items ran small. Nothing was the actual size I ordered. Contacted and received the return slip. Returned items in June. It’s August never received any information on returned items. Never received a cash refund yet either. Basically they have taken my money and obviously it’s nothing I can do about it. Well I contacted the better Business bureau to see what steps need to be taken to get my money back.
I knowvrhe BBB they have lots of stories about here. Luke me hanging out and asking questions. All i wanted was a exhange and i am now hooked to see the finale and will never give up. Keep the fight alive...

Delivery problem sound like not your problem, but im glad partial payment was satisfactory and you paid however much waifor Delivery i guess good for you. You sound like their ideal target audience then.
NEVER RECEIVED
I ordered a yellow and blue pant suit in a x large. I ordered the base ball short set but no luck and a romper. This is terrible. I placed this order in February. I received 2 dresses yesterday in a large that I did not ordered. What kind of company is this? I am so disappointed. Address 501 Cypress Lane Apt 2102 I need some answers. It took 4 months to receive the items then they are the wrong sizes.
Good luck! They try to compansate 5 buck or 20%. If you have ship it back its buyer pay return shipping as well and plase if you do get all kinds of documents that you did. Sorry,
Sublime tank
The fabric was cheap but I expected that. What I didn’t expect was for the print to be completely off to one side. I asked for a replacement and they offered me 10% of my purchase and I could keep the shirt. I would not wear this shirt, the off center print makes it look ridiculous. I’m still hoping they send me a new shirt because this is their fault not mine. I didn’t order the wrong size, they sent me a faulty product. I also wanted to give one star for service but it would only let me do two.

They always get excited about you keeping what your trying to return and they only do that is because buyer pays for return shipping so they do not want to get stuck with that.
Jumpers and Blouse
I bought several jumpers and a blouse on May 2, 2021 and paid an expedited shipping fee of over $30 to receive them in 8 days. After constantly inquiring about the shipment, it finally arrived June 2, 2021.
To add insult to injury, I requested a reimbursement of the shipping fee since they did not honour their commitment just to be told that they couldn't reimburse me but that they could offer me a $20 credit. Why in the HELL would I elect for this to happen to me again?Clothes
I ordered from Bella wholesale on April 24th and on May 24th it will be a month since I have not received my stuff. I ordered over $200 worth of stuff. I spoke to a representative twice and all they’re telling me is that it’s still processing. It doesn’t take damn near a whole month to process. They told me to wait another 3-5 days or I can cancel, once they tell you that that means you ain’t getting it. Now I wonder if I’ll get my money back.
