I returned some stuff at this shop a couple of months back and even sent proof that I shipped it, but I still haven't gotten my over $100 back. I tried contacting them through email and social media a bunch of times, but no one has gotten back to me. It's really frustrating dealing with this bad customer service and lack of responsibility. I'm thinking about getting help from the ombudsman to sort this out.

The skirt I got from Pink Boutique totally blew me away. It fit me just right, was super good quality, and looked just like the picture on their website - I was honestly shocked! I was so happy with my purchase that I’ll definitely be going back for more. And to top it off, the skirt came in really fast - like, the very next day after I ordered it.
Difficulty with Returns process
I had the worst time trying to return my stuff in time within that 14-day window. The return site was a nightmare to get into, and I couldn't even log in to my account to start the return process. I tried to get help from customer service, but they never got back to me. It's frustrating being stuck with clothes I don't even like because of all these problems. I really wish I had known about this mess before I bought anything.
