    Lifetime warranty for ring sizing

    I had a recent experience at the store where I bought a lifetime warranty for ring sizing. At first, I had some trouble with one of the workers who couldn't find my contract even though I gave them the receipt. It was frustrating because I thought the customer service wasn't great. But when I went back to the store and talked to another worker, Aniyah, I was really impressed with how helpful she was. Aniyah went above and beyond to find my contract and made sure my rings got sent out for sizing. Her dedication and commitment to fixing the problem completely changed my opinion of the store and its customer service. I was almost ready to stop shopping there, but Aniyah's professionalism and efficiency made me change my mind. I really appreciate all that she did and I'm thankful for the great experience she gave me.

    Ring repair experience

    I recently got my ring fixed at the store. They told me it would take two weeks, but it ended up taking almost two months. The ring guard was all messed up, and the whole thing was a total nightmare. But this guy, James, who worked there was amazing. He kept me updated and did his best to calm me down, even when the news was bad. He made sure to let me know he was doing everything he could to fix the problem, and he did. His communication and how much he cared about the customer really showed throughout the entire process. I've been in customer service for almost thirty years, and let me tell you, James is truly exceptional at what he does. It was a relief to have someone like him handling everything. In the end, the result was worth the long wait.

    Birthstone ring

    I had such a great time at the jewelry store today. When I went to return something, Rosie, the salesperson, was super helpful and made everything easy peasy. She not only processed my return and refund quickly, but also showed me some gorgeous birthstone rings that I fell in love with. I ended up buying one and I'm so happy with it.     I just got a wedding ring from this store, and even though the ring was great, I had a rough time with their customer service. My husband and I are always on top of our payments, but we got hit with a $41 late fee out of nowhere. When we asked about it, they weren't very helpful and weren't clear about how they handle payments. They did waive the first late fee, but then we found out about another one coming our way.

    I just bought this expensive 10 carat diamond bracelet from the store, but the clasp broke after only a week of wearing it. Luckily, I had insurance so I got it fixed. But then, the clasp broke again and this time the bracelet fell off and got lost. When I reached out to the store for help, they basically just said tough luck.

    I recently tried to buy these really pretty diamond earrings that were on sale for 30% off. At first, it looked like they were in stock so I was all excited and reached out to customer service through live chat and email. They were really nice and seemed helpful, so I went ahead and ordered the earrings to be sent to a friend in the US. But my excitement didn't last long because 3 days later, I got a message saying my order was canceled because they claimed they didn't have any in stock. But weirdly, the earrings were still showing as available on their website. I contacted customer service for an explanation, but they couldn't really give me a straight answer and just told me to call their phone support. Feeling frustrated but not ready to give up, I tried to order just one item this time, using the same payment info, only to have it canceled again, this time because of payment issues.

    Wedding ring with loose stones and a chipped diamond.

    I went to Zale's in Temple, Texas to get my wedding ring fixed. It had some loose stones and a chipped diamond, but lucky for me, they were covered by the protection plan. The lady there offered to clean my jewelry and that's when she noticed the issues. I was hoping they could just fix the loose stones and leave the chipped diamond alone, but they said no and insisted I had to buy a new diamond. Even though I had a protection plan, they wouldn't do any repairs unless I bought a new diamond and kept the chipped one. The customer service was really rude and not helpful at all. It's not the first time I've had problems with Zales when it comes to repairs. I've had issues before with lost items, unhelpful staff, and poor communication every time I've tried to get jewelry repaired or engraved.

    I recently bought an engagement ring and band from the store, but I was bummed out when a side diamond fell out after only one year.     I just got engaged and bought a ring, but ran into a snag when the company changed the delivery date on me 24 hours later.     Diamond engagement ring purchase

    I had a terrible experience trying to buy a diamond engagement ring. I did a ton of planning and research to find the perfect ring, and finally thought I found one online that was exactly what I wanted. I went through the whole ordering process, paid in full, and then got a notification saying my order was canceled because they were out of stock. It was really frustrating, especially after spending over $2700. I don't understand why they had the ring listed if they didn't have it, and why they took my payment if they couldn't fulfill the order. Now I have to wait up to eight business days to get my refund. This whole situation has left me feeling really let down, and I definitely won't be shopping there again.

    Pearls repair

    The repair service at this store was just awful. Not only were the staff super rude, but they totally messed up my beautiful pearls. The whole repair job was done so sloppily and it's obvious they only care about making money, not making customers happy. Those pearls meant a lot to me, and now they're just ruined after that terrible experience at this store.
