Quick delivery, original shoes, good customer service
I just bought something from this online store and it got to me super fast, like within a day! I wasn't sure at first because there weren't a lot of reviews from other customers, but I went for it and chose to pay when it got here. The package arrived on time and the shoes I got were definitely real. The customer service folks were nice, but they kept telling me how trustworthy they are which made me a little unsure. But all in all, it was a good buying experience and I'd totally come back here if I needed something else.

I recently went shopping at this store and had a really good experience. I've been shopping online for years, and I was actually pleasantly surprised by the service I received right from the start. My order arrived super quick, in just 1 day, thanks to Nacex. I have to give the store and their staff a 10 out of 10!
Multiple shoe purchases, smooth exchanges
I've bought a bunch of shoes from them, all different brands, and I haven't had any problems. I had to swap out one pair for a bigger size and it was super easy. The customer service folks were really nice and helped me feel good about my purchase. Overall, it's been a great experience.
Not the first time I bought
I just love shopping here, seriously! I've been here a few times and I'm really happy with everything. The prices are awesome, the quality is top-notch, and the service is fantastic. They're always reliable, too. I just wish I could buy more shoes!
Delivery delay, lack of acknowledgment of customer complaint, questionable customer service.
My experience with the product was kind of a bummer because it took forever to get to me and the company didn't even seem to care when I complained. They blamed the delay on a holiday, but I wasn't buying it - it seemed like a weak excuse. On top of that, I had to pay extra for delivery even with the delay. What really got me was that they didn't even admit there was a problem when they responded to me. It made me wonder if they really care about keeping their customers happy or being honest. Good customer service should be about owning up to mistakes, saying sorry, and making sure things are better in the future. Overall, I was let down by how they handled things and think they could definitely step up their customer service game.
Order placed on January 9th
I had a really terrible experience with my recent order from this website. I ordered some shoes on January 9th and waited patiently for over a month to get them. But guess what? They didn't have my size after all that waiting. I was super disappointed and asked for a refund instead of trying to pick another pair. But, so far, I haven't heard anything back from the customer service team. They haven't responded to my messages or calls, and I still haven't gotten my money back. This lack of communication and not caring about customer satisfaction is just not cool. I definitely wouldn't recommend this website to anyone looking to buy something.

I recently bought something from this website and man, it was a total letdown. They didn't bother to keep me in the loop about my order, and it wasn't until two weeks later when I shot them an email that they finally spilled the beans about not having what I wanted in stock. Instead of being upfront about it, they just kept quiet. I had to bug them multiple times because they weren't getting back to me. Overall, I was super bummed about the whole thing and I ain't planning on buying from them again.

I fell for this scam and can't believe it. A week ago, I made a purchase from a website that seemed too good to be true, and now my order still hasn't arrived. They won't even pick up the phone number listed on their site. Last week, they emailed me saying my order would come last Thursday, or yesterday at the latest, but of course, it never did. Now, when I try to contact them, nothing but silence from their end. The positive reviews are likely fake. Save your money and don't bother with this place, folks.

Used shoes, lack of tags, worn insoles, rude customer service, 20-day wait for return
I was really bummed out about my recent purchase. The shoes I got were missing tags and the insoles looked totally used. And to make matters worse, the customer service person I talked to was super rude. When I asked for a return, they told me I’d have to wait a whole 20 days for it to go through. Overall, it was not a fun time.
Variety of products, easy purchase process, Aplázame payment option
I thought the purchase process was pretty easy, and there were a lot of different products to choose from, which was cool. Using Aplázame to pay was super convenient. But, when I made my second purchase, it wasn't as good as the first one. The return process took forever and was kind of confusing for how things are now. I really hope they can make their returns and customer service better in the future.
Shoes ordered on November 27th
I ordered some shoes on November 27th and paid with Amazon Pay. It's been a while now, and I still haven't gotten my shoes or any info about what's going on. I called customer service twice, and both times they said my order would be here the next day, but it never showed up. I even made a complaint through Amazon, but nobody has gotten back to me. I really hope we can get this figured out soon. I can tell you one thing for sure - I won't be shopping at that store again or telling anyone else to shop there either.

I recently bought some shoes from your website and I gotta say, it was a letdown. Took over 20 days for the delivery to show up, and when I tried to swap for a different size, it was a whole ordeal. Thought I was good to go after they confirmed the exchange but then had to wait another 20 days just to find out they didn't have my size. They tried to push a different model on me, which no way, Jose. When I asked for a refund because of all the trouble, they hit me with a 6€ fee for return shipping. Not cool, man. Selling stuff you don't even have in stock, making customers wait forever and then nickel and diming them with extra costs - not a good look for any company.
Shoes bought on September 2nd
I got these shoes on September 2nd after the website said they had them in stock. But then, they messaged me to say they couldn't find them and I should wait. So I did. I reached out later and they told me they were all out. They gave me a few other options on the website or a refund, and I went with the refund. But now, I still haven't gotten the shoes or the refund. I'm just waiting for them to get in touch because calling them hasn't worked out. Just the other day, I got some sandals from a different store and everything went smoothly - fast delivery and exactly what I wanted. I hope they learn a thing or two from that!
Recent shoe purchase
I just bought something from this online store and I gotta say, I was really let down. The shoes I got were not the size I wanted, and the quality was just not good enough for me. I was hoping I could rely on this store because of all the good things I heard, but man, my experience was not good at all. Their customer service wasn't that great either; it was a pain trying to fix the problem with the wrong size. Bottom line, I was not happy with what I bought and I won't be coming back here.
