    Recent pet medication purchase

    I bought some medicine for my pet from this company recently and it was a really bad experience. They took forever just to print a label for my order, which made the shipping super slow. When I tried to reach out to customer service to see what was going on, they were not helpful at all. Actually, they were pretty rude. The customer service person even said they might cancel my order just for asking about when I would get my stuff. I was so disappointed with how they handled everything - no responsibility, no checking in, and blaming me for their mistakes. It left me feeling really unhappy with the whole situation.

    This company's service for prescription orders is just terrible, you know what I mean? I needed my cat's meds like ASAP, but even though I paid extra for fast shipping, it took forever to get here. Poor kitty was getting worse and worse because of that stupid delay. I tried calling customer service for help, but they were useless, didn't do anything. And to top it off, they didn't even refund me for that fast shipping I paid for. Now my cat's going blind, and I can't help but blame this company and UPS for how things turned out.

    I came to this site at first because they said they had free shipping, but I was let down when I saw I had to pay for shipping a few times while I was ordering. It might not be a lot of money, but it's the thought of it that bugs me. I ended up giving my credit card info anyways so I could get the medicine for my cat, but it's kinda annoying that they didn't mention those extra charges upfront.

They reached out to my vet to correct the problem and made sure my dog got the correct medication. And the prices are really affordable for us pet parents on a budget.     Recent orders cancelled and account frozen

    I recently had a really bad experience with this pet medicine company. I had just got my daughter a dog, and I signed up for an account with them. Everything was going smoothly at first - I made two orders with no problems. But when I tried to make a third order, my account was suddenly frozen. I called customer service to figure out what was going on, and this guy named "Jack" told me I was banned from doing business with them. He said I had multiple accounts, which was totally not true because I had never even used their website before I got my dog. I asked him for more info or an explanation, but he wouldn't give me anything and told me to get a subpoena if I wanted more details. It was super frustrating and confusing since I had been a loyal customer for a short time and hadn't done anything wrong.

    Man, using this place was supposed to make things easier, but it's been a huge fail. I was looking for convenience and savings, but all I got was a headache! They keep messing up my orders, not putting in the ones I actually want and adding ones I never asked for. Then they have the nerve to cancel or change the ones I do want without even checking with me first! It's like they don't care about what my furry friends actually need. And to top it off, I can't even cancel because my prescription is already on the way to them. Now my poor pets are the ones paying for their mistakes. Ugh!

    I just gotta tell ya about this super frustrating thing that happened to my order from this online pet pharmacy. So I spent a big ol' $300 bucks and the dang thing got shipped to the completely wrong address! Turns out there was a glitch on the website that didn't save the right address I typed in when I checked out. Normally, I'd be expecting a real headache trying to fix this mess, but man, the customer service rep I talked to was absolutely amazing!

    I just wanted to share about my not-so-great experience ordering my dog's prescription food from this company. It's been 11 days and the order still hasn't been shipped out. Talking to their customer service through the chat on their site has been a real headache. They keep saying they'll check on it, but nothing's been done yet.     I tried to buy some fancy food from this company, but ran into a bunch of problems when I tried to check out. Even though it wasn't like I was trying to get a prescription or anything, the website wouldn't take my money - not even through Paypal. At the end of the whole process, I got an error code, just like another person did back in December. And here we are in February, and they still haven't fixed the issue with payments!

    My experience with this company has changed a lot. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but my most recent order for heartworm medication was a complete nightmare. They denied the prescription until my vet approved it, something that had never happened before. Even after my vet faxed the prescription twice and I emailed it directly to the company, they wouldn't respond and just kept sending my own emails back to me. They even charged me for the medication, but the order was still stuck waiting for vet approval. After trying several times to get a straight answer, I was finally told they needed another copy of the prescription, even though they had already received it multiple times. I asked for a refund and they ended up canceling my account, which I thought was really unprofessional and strange.

    I just used a promo code to get a discount on a big order, but it didn't go as planned. The website said I'd save with the code, but I only got part of my order for the last two shipments.     I bought something on February 27, 2024 and got it 5 days later, but it wasn't the right amount like they said.     I recently changed my dog's prescription from one pet medication company to another. The old company cancelled my order without telling me and couldn't get the prescription from my vet. I called them three times and even contacted my vet, but they couldn't get the right info in their system. Dealing with them was really frustrating. But when I switched to this new company, I was happy with their great customer service. The reps were really helpful and nice to talk to, which made everything easy and quick.     So, I ordered some stuff from this place and it was a disaster. They did some kind of upgrade that messed up everyone's Auto-Ship orders, which really wasn't cool. They didn't even bother to inform us about it, we had to figure it out ourselves and give them a call. And then it was a nightmare trying to get through on the phone because they were incredibly behind. Seriously, just be upfront about what's happening! It was a major letdown. Most companies would have informed us about the situation, but not this one.
