    The cover is awesome

    I bought new car and i was not ready to see scratches or anything. so for the protection, i got the covered from here. Well, the fitting was perfect and it was suitable for the model i was looking. that was a great relief for me, i was happy to see i didn't wasted money or time. moving to next, the cover is working really well. Also cleaning much simple and easier, also its protecting the seat from all kind of stuff. there are so many good things i am noticing these days in covers, well i am happy to invest my money in cover, i think everyone should do that,

    All Weather Cargo liner and front seat floor mats (2021 vehicle)

    Extremely satisfied. Helpful online Chat service, items shipped very fast and arrived with box in perfect condition, excellent price and cargo liner and and front seat floor mats fit perfectly for my Hyundai Elantra. Overall, much better than expected for the price.

I called back 15 mins after placing order in an attempt to modify the order and get the correct product only to be told nothing could be done for 48hrs as they need to be sure the first order is canceled.

    I ordered 3 items. Two came promptly and were what I ordered. The 3rd item was not listed as back ordered. After a month I e-mailed customer service and was told it would ship in a few days and was scheduled for "on time" delivery. Nothing arrived. A month later I e-mailed again. I was told it was scheduled for "on time delivery" in two weeks. There are other parts dealers I will be using in the future than AutoAnything.

    Floor Mats for a 2020 Ford Transit

    I am very disappointed with this Seller. Twice I have ordered from them and not received the product I ordered. They make you jump through all sorts of hoops to try and return the product including sending photographs and waiting days before they will tell you if they will or will not accept a return and if so, how much it will costs you to do so. Buyer beware. Get your stuff through a better seller!

    I was set on purchasing from another store, but all items were not in stock. I found a good coupon for AUTO ANYTHING so decided to buy an array of items for my first ever, new car from them. The total was $440.00 with the savings and tax. Shipping was free for an over $100 purchase. All items showed as being in stock. Purchases were made Oct. 24th. 2020. Most items shipped within 2 weeks. I then received notice that the front mats would not arrive until Dec. 23rd -
    2 months after the order! I searched around and was able to find a similar item that would arrive in 2 weeks. Because we all need floor mats in winter, right? Well, I called Auto Anything on Nov. 9th and was on hold on and off for 1/2 hour as they searched for my order and called around about the product. The sales rep. was not customer -oriented and seemed angry that I was cancelling the item. He finally got back to me and said the product would be sent out by Nov. 16th! What? I told him it was still too late and that I wanted a refund. He took my credit card info. and said the refund would be processed within the next few days. 2 days later (Nov. 11) I got a notice stating that the item was being sent on Nov. 16th. I emailed and called and reminded them that I had cancelled the item. They said they would TRY and see if they could stop the order! Thankfully nothing was sent, yet no refund has been processed either. I have e-mailed them twice since Nov. 16th asking where the refund is and have not received any replies. It is now Dec. 7th and I told them if I do not get a reply and verification about the refund, that I would be contacting my credit card company. I have never received such a poor response from an on-line company. Do they not realize how much competition is out there? I don't care if I can save $25 on the sale, the time and frustration spent AFTER the purchase is not worth it. And I see I'm not the only one who's had the same experience with this company. Buyer beware.

    1 Star Is Too Much

    Ordered seat covers, card was charged and received a shipping date. Weeks later got a new shipping date for a month later so I did a live chat and cancelled my order. Got an email on the cancellation saying they were confirming with the warehouse the item hadn't shipped. According to to the guy during my live chat my seat covers were made to order. They are sent from the manufacturer in Anaheim. 8 1/2 hours later an email comes saying my covers have shipped. Really ? A shipping label was created in San Diego and as of now 30+ hours later FedEx still doesn't have the package. The stuffs supposed to arrive here tomorrow and they're telling me I can send it back for a refund. After seeing other reviews that looks like another headache. I don't expect it to arrive tomorrow anyway but look forward to another run around. Do not deal with this company. I took pics of the live chat conversation and have records of everything else and wish there was a way to post them here. Do yourself a favor search for reviews and look elsewhere. I wish I had.

    Service is a joke. If there is a delay forget about it.
