Hit or miss with quality and sizing
I recently bought some stuff from this store and it was a bit of a mixed bag. First off, the returns portal was acting up, but luckily Melinda from customer service was super helpful and fixed it for me. I got a couple pairs of pants in the same size but different styles, and that's where things got interesting. One pair fit like a dream, great quality and all, while the other pair felt like it was two sizes too small and the quality was just okay. It's a bummer when sizing and quality aren't consistent. Overall, BooHooMan can be hit or miss, so don't write off the whole brand just because of one bad experience.
faulty product
I just bought something from this company and it turned out to be faulty. I decided to message their customer service on Facebook and I was really impressed with how helpful they were. The person I talked to, Nico, was super quick, polite, and got my problem sorted out right away. I gave them all the info and photos they needed, and Nico went ahead and gave me a full refund without making me return the item. I'm really happy with the great customer service I got and I want to thank them for fixing everything.
Incorrect item received
I ordered this cool black jacket to step up my style game, but instead, I got this bright neon green tracksuit in the mail. Not exactly what I was aiming for, but oh well, mistakes happen. So I decided to contact customer service, and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed by how quickly they got back to me and how smoothly they sorted everything out. Aibelle was the real MVP in this situation - she handled it like a pro and got me a full refund. Huge shoutout to her!
Lost return
I had a return that got lost in the mail, but Nico really came through and helped me get my refund sorted out quickly. The customer service was amazing and I'm thrilled with how they handled the whole situation. BoohooMAN is the only place my son shops for clothes because he's obsessed with the styles they offer. Big thanks to Nico for going the extra mile!
Delayed order, helpful customer service
I ordered something a while ago and it didn't show up when it was supposed to. I got in touch with customer service and they were super understanding and nice about it. Even though there was a delay, they helped me out and we came to a good solution. I'm grateful for their patience and help in fixing the problem.
Defective order resolution
I got my order and there was a problem with it, but the customer service folks took care of it no problem. They were fast and really helpful, sending me a new item right away instead of making me wait for a refund. Big thanks to the team for the great service, big shoutout to Julie. Excited for the replacement to get here tomorrow!
Jeans return issue
I was trying to return some jeans that didn't fit right, but man, I couldn't get that verification code to work for the life of me. So, I messaged them crazy late, like close to midnight, and this super sweet lady named Elaine B totally hooked me up! She got me the QR code I needed in just a few minutes, such a lifesaver!
Recent online clothing purchase
I've been shopping here for years and have always loved it, but I ran into a little issue with the online return portal recently. Thankfully, Joyce R was able to help me out quickly. Even though there was a small hiccup, I can't stop talking about how much I love this site to everyone I know!
