Balmain blazer
I've wanted to buy a Balmain blazer for ages now but they're so ridiculously expensive. A friend recommended I check out this website because there were some good designer deals. So I was just browsing, with no intention of buying anything, and then found a blazer on sale at an amazing price...so I decided to just buy it! I was a bit nervous at first, because it was such a large amount of money and I was worried about any issues with the product or shipping etc. But the whole process went super smoothly - I received the blazer in 5 days which isn't bad and it came wrapped perfectly. I'm so beyond happy, it's beautiful and I can't believe I got it at the price I did! So pretty good experience overall! Will probably buy something else when I save up again...but will recommend to my friends in the meantime
Bottega Veneta sandals
I have been eyeing the Bottega Veneta BV lido sandals for a while now and made an impulse purchase from their recent sale. I have to say I'm very happy with my experience.
Considering the state we're in now I was expecting delays but surprisingly it arrived in 5 business days. Customer service member Jules was very quick in her response with all my questions (I like to do my research before i buy) and was extremely helpful with her product knowledge.
They have a never ending list of products to choose from and it was easy to navigate through the website. 100% would repurchase from CettireIf this isn't a fake review (lol) they are fake, sorry call your bank and file a chargeback to get your money back asap
Saint Laurent tassel bag
Found Cettire when I was looking for the best price I could get for the Saint Laurent Kate tassel bag and was so happy that I did because they had it on sale! Ordered it straight away and didn't have any problems with the whole process. The bag was shipped quickly and arrived 4 days after I had placed the order, perfectly packaged. It's exactly what I had wanted and is so beautiful! I can't wait till I get the chance to wear it out!
They sell fake items, call your bank and file a chargeback if it's not to late
Gucci Horsebit Loafers
Ordered Gucci shoes, took a week to process order, could not get in contact with anyone for about 4 days, they finally responded after the order shipped from Italy. Shoes are 100% authentic, i have the same pair in a different color , so was able to verify authenticity, came with all correct boxing , dust bags, rfid tags. Overall was happy with purchase, wish customer service was better.

I ordered a pair of Veja tennis shoes as a Christmas gift. I ordered white and I received black. I am trying to return them for a full refund since this is their error. There is no address to send it to on the website and I can't get anyone to respond to my emails. I ordered through an influencer with over 1 million followers. I will be letting her know that she should not be recommending this site again.

Ordered bag in one colour. Got sent the bag in another colour. Their website says they don’t do exchanges, only refund on return of goods less a fee. Twice I explained in detail, together with links to my order etc that they had failed to actually select and dispatch the bag in the colour that I had ordered. I expresslysaid I expect full refund given error was theirs. And they finally admitted in email that the error was theirs and asked if I wanted an exchange, despite that their ... FAQs says they don’t off et exchanges. I declined to allow them to ... it up again. Took 3 weeks but finally got refund but less about AUD$32! I know it’s not much money but the cheek of these cretins to charge a customer a handling fee all because they cannot organise to do the simplest task correctly. Infuriatingly bad customer service and appalling attitudes. Avoid Cettrie at all cost.
Alexander McQueen Oversized Sneakers
Bought a pair of Alexander McQueen sneakers on Cettire just before lockdown and absolutly loved it! Placed the order on Friday night and it was processed the next day to be shipped from Italy. Four days later it was delivered to my door by DHL (contactless of course).

Cettire has really Beautiful designer stock. Great delivery. I have always got my purchased no problem. Returns are a hassle, however, they do the right thing in the end. Note: when you see a sale, grab it! The price could go back up or even back to retail if they sell to some other seller!!

Just received my Cettire parcel of Balenciaga Triple S Sneakers and they are just perfect! Great packaging, fast shipment, really happy with it. Special thanks to the customer service team for their prompt replies. I highly recommend them and will definitely shop there again.

recently bought balenciaga speed trainer but when i recieved them they looked off
I went to some guy who is authenticy checker and yes came back 100% fake with 10 reasons ... Can you believe that ? MIND you i emailed them before telling them they were fake and "they said its illegal to sell fake goods in australia " that is just an automated BS message they send everyone.
They also told me i have to pay $20 to return ... What are you going to do with fake shoes? sell them again ?!?!!!!!!!! Im not paying $20 when i spend $650 on fakes i will never order from this company again , Guys save your money, Just order your item full price you will walk around knowing your item is authentic. Trust me will do you good in long run.
