    He realizado varios pedidos, el primero me llegó casi 3 meses después porque un producto estaba en faltante. En otro pedido me llegó un producto que ya caducaba me comuniqué con servicio al cliente y me devolvieron el valor. Los productos son originales, generalmente compro cuando están en oferta. Cuando los productos están en stock el despacho es en 3 días, pero el tránsito del paquete es de 3 semanas. Hay que leer muy bien la descripción y el tamaño de cada producto para no tener sorpresas, y también hay que percatarse la disponibilidad, porque algunas en la descripción consta una disponibilidad de 1 mes aproximadamente y por eso se demoran significativamente en llegar. Y dan solo una muestrita por pedido.

    I will never purchase items from stylevana ever again. I would rather pay a couple more dollars and buy it on Soko Glam. Soko Glam's shipping is way faster and they make sure that their customers are satisfied with their products. I purchased four skin care items back in April on Stylevana. I didn't get a shipping update for two weeks UNTIL I personally reached out to them through their email. The items arrived about a month later. I used the items for three days and my skin instantly broke out. I have no history of allergies nor sensitivity to new products. I've been trying out new products and their products specifically messed up my skin to the point that I had to see a dermatologist. I tried asking them if I could return the items and get a refund. They refused to accept it since "it is part of their return policy that they do not accept returns due to allergic reaction". Overall, I am very unhappy with their service especially with their shipment and returns. I wish I never ordered from them.

    Mizon Skin Barrier Toner

    They sent me the wrong product. I received the Mizon moisturizer instead. It should show what I ordered and what was shipped. Not sure how this is going to turn out, but so far I'm not feeling good about this.

    Korean Skin Care

    I placed an order over two weeks ago and have not received a tracking number. I sent them an email and they replied with "this product is not currently in-stock and should be available oct. 20th in which we will then process the order and send a tracking number." They don't even give you the option to forego the item not in-stock nor ship out what IS available at least. There are a lot of customers experiencing issues with them many of who have placed orders back in September and still haven't received a tracking number. Do not order from this company whatever you do.
