3 Vevor Marine Carpets

I ordered a light brown and two gray marine rugs. I received a pinkish and blue rugs instead. I've requested Vevor to send me return mailing labels for three rugs that I do not want due to the color not as described which I've been getting the run around for two weeks. I've been on multiple Vevor Customer Service phone calls, online chats, and emails through my personal email and through their website. I had to upload a photo of the rugs, which was difficult to do, but I manage to finally send photos to Vevor. I had one representative state I was getting a full refund and not to worry and another representative made an assessment at 2 am on July 20th stating the rugs "actually the color your received" offering me to keep the rugs and they would credit me $75. I want to return the rugs so I can get a full refund. The Vevor website promotes a "30 day-No hassle returns," and all my requests to get return mailing labels sent to my email have been ignored. I DO NOT want to keep the rugs for a $75 credit! I want Vevor to send me a return mailing labels for the three rugs, so I can get a full refund! Again, I do not want the rugs, I want return mailing labels and a full refund. I have no use for the three carpets. I'm tired of getting a run around for two weeks now by the multiple chat customer service communication, emails, and phone calls. Big time return hassle. Do not order or you will be so sorry you did! The shipping is very fast and the carpets look like they are great quality, but trying to return because the color description was completely awful, and getting a return mailing label is such a hassle that I've been trying to get for two weeks has been draining!

Vevor Heavy Duty Kayak ( 450LB Max) handling weight)

I purchased the Vevor Heavy duty Kayak Tailor for my big fishing kayak.
Shipping was fast and the kayak cart arrive with no damage.
After opening the box, I removed the kayak cart and followed the instructions for assembly. I was pleasantly surprised to see and feel the quality of the material used to build the kayak cart. This Kayak cart could definitely handle a big fishing kayak! The kayak cart was light weight, and the wheels were large and made of hard rubber, puncture proof material, so no need to worry about getting a flat! Once I had the Kayak assembled, I positioned my kayak and lowered it on top of the Kayak rails, so I could adjust the width to my kayak. Once everything was adjusted, I placed the kayak on top of the Kayak cart for a test run. The Kayak came with two cam buckle straps to secure the kayak to the Kayak cart... however, i found myself not having to use the straps as much, because the kayak cart rails fitted well with no slippage.
Overall the Vevor Heavy Duty Kayak cart is a n excellent buy and well worth the money!

Vevor Bull-Float Concrete Float and Vibratory Compactor

We are very happy with the Vevor tools we bought for our construction project. We purchased a bull-float concrete float and a vibratory compactor to build our parking lot and sidewalks, and we found that the Vevor products were well-built and reliable. The only issue we had was that the concrete float came without an instruction manual, so we were unsure how to attach the head to the handle. Thankfully, Vevor’s customer service was truly wonderful! Ileana, the customer service staff who assisted us, was very friendly and helpful. She answered our questions promptly and sent us diagrams to show us how to assemble the float.

We also have a Vevor Propress tool that our plumber uses. He told us that it works as well as the more expensive brands, and he was impressed by its quality. We have found that Vevor tools offer great value for money and performance. We are loyal customers of Vevor and we will continue to support their brand and buy their products.

My home was built in the early 50s, heating was a wall furnace between the front room and the hallway, in the sixties a large family room was built on the back of the house, it too was heated by a wall furnace. In the 70s the home owners installed a pellet stove in the family room as well as a whole house swamp cooler, they installed a large air return in a skylight wall that with the use of a bypass would heat the entire house with the cheaper pellets vs gas. The swamp cooler vwas disconnected before I bought the house in 2010. By 2018 I decided to refi my loan and install a split system with individual room control. The open doorway between cyhe front room and the kitchen was a vacuum for what ever the air temperature in the family room was. By placing these vinyl strips on the kitchen doorway the temperature differential between the 2 rooms was quelled.

I was totally blown away by how affordable my purchase was, especially given how top-notch the item is. Plus, the shipping was quick and everything arrived in perfect shape. The item works just like it's supposed to, exceeding all my expectations. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with my experience and I'd for sure think about buying from this company again down the line.

Air Compressor

Don't ever order from Vevor directly. Instead use Amazon since they have their own return policy.
My experience with them was horrible. I ordered an air compressor from them that came about week later. Unfortunately, it was malfunctioning from day one.

I contacted the company through their online chat where I was told to take a video proof of the compressor malfunction. I tried sending this video to them but their site wouldn't upload the video. Another chat with their customer support and they gave me another way to send the video to them. After receiving the video they told me to try plugging it in another outlet, plugging it without extension cord, warming it up before use...

Ridiculous! Finally they said that the voltage in my house is probably below 110V?! Up until that point, I was suggesting that they send me a new, working compressor and I would return the one that's not working but now I want my money back.

Their website states "30 day hassle-free money back guarantee" but the finally offered to give me $90 for me to find a repair shop and pay for repairs. Currently I'm in a process of disputing my credit card charges.

The first one came with rust on it and badly scratched up from the shipping. They did replace it. My biggest problem was that it came with no instructions for assembly, no warranty and no operation manual. When I messaged them for the 3rd time for a link to assemble it, they sent the wrong link. After I figured it out, it worked great for what we needed. The product does what it is suppose to do when you get it together and functioning. Very sturdy and easy to operate after just a few times of practice. It makes the heavy lifting easy. The only functional problem is that the top wheels had to be removed to use the winch without hitting your hand.

I just bought the Mini Ultrasonic Cleaner from this company and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed with how well it works. Air fryer purchase

I bought an air fryer from this company and it's really good quality. It got here pretty fast too. But I gotta admit, I had a hard time setting it up because the instructions were kinda hard to follow. It would have been way better if they gave more detailed recommendations on how to set it up.

Pump and Filter Combo

I wasn't happy with the Pump and Filter Combo I bought. It came all busted up and it took forever to finally get a new one. The customer service folks were no help at all and didn't seem to care about fixing things quickly. And on top of all that, the price was way too high for the kind of product it was. Plus, the delivery was super slow and got even more delayed because of the damaged stuff.

I bought a rolling mill and I gotta say, setting it up was a breeze. The delivery was right on time and the quality of the product totally blew me away. I'm so impressed that I'm already thinking about getting another one. The bang for my buck is amazing and I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase.

Socket set purchase

The socket set I bought was pretty good - the sockets were strong and did their job well. But, man, the plastic box they came in was a real letdown. I was hoping for something tougher, especially considering how heavy the tools were. But after only two times using it, one of the clips on the box broke already. It was a bummer, especially when the sockets themselves were such good quality.

Rolling shop stool purchase

The rolling shop stool I bought is really sturdy and super comfy. It lets me easily move around my shop so I can work at different stations without any trouble. It's exactly what I needed for my workspace.

Product Assembly Instructions

The manual that came with the product wasn't very helpful when it came to putting everything together. It was just one sheet of paper with pictures that were hard to see clearly. There weren't any clear steps to follow, so I had to figure out on my own what order to do things in. Plus, they didn't give any direction on how to position parts like rubber feet or supports, so it was tough to get everything to fit right. I had trouble lining up the holes on the supports, which was frustrating. To avoid any damage to the finish during assembly, I suggest using black rustoleum for protection from the weather.
