Pure Talk
I was told by Justin, a customer service rep of PTC, that not all voicemail messages are downloaded... the ones that are not, have to be accessed by calling oneself and following the prompts! He did not specify why not all VMs are not downloaded. I said then there are "visible" and "invisible" VMs and the only way to know if I have invisible VMs is to regularly call my phone number. He said "Only if you want to. I don't listen to any of my VMs" I said, "I run a small business and am on the phone all the time. Many times I can't answer one call when on another call or have to let multiple calls go to VM. He told me I could do that "only if I wanted to" claiming not to ever check his VM.I told him that had I known this, I would not have signed up with PureTalk. I don't expect him to understand however, PTC needs to.
Why are not all VM's downloaded?
PTC needs to fix this or lose a customer.

Unhappy with store credit offer
I bought some stuff from this store, but I was really bummed out by how bad the quality was. And when I wanted to bring it back, all I got offered was store credit. But I don't want that. I think it's not cool that they didn't tell me about this on their website. Just want my money back, not more store credit for stuff that's not that great.

The quality of the lamp totally surpassed what I was expecting, and now it's a great addition to my home decor. McAfee Software not functioning
I bought this software from an IT security company and man, what a waste of money. The darn Firewall won't even turn on my laptop! And when I called customer service for help, the tech guy couldn't figure it out. And get this - they charged me for a renewal without even asking me thanks to some sneaky auto-renewal contract. Been trying to get in touch with customer service, but the call keeps dropping after I've been on hold for like 20 minutes. I highly recommend steering clear of this company for your IT security needs, look for a better service elsewhere.

I just got these new LED bulbs for the low beams and fog lights on my cars, and let me tell you, I am loving how they turned out. Putting them in was a breeze, basically the same as changing regular halogens. I was surprised to see that I didn't need any extra stuff or changes to get that awesome LED light.

Rebound Core
Overseas and have 'fat' or wide feet and cannot purchase locally. I've been walking 5-10 miles and have now probably put over 20 miles (only a few days) on these Fitville sneakers. I'm really impressed. These are probably the best shoes for comfort I have ever purchased. Better than the New Balance sneakers I paid at least 50% more for.
I’m very pleased with the Fitville sneaker. Usually I get New Balance. These sneakers are easy enough for me to add my own orthotic to it. First time I put them on there was no problem. Love them!

NONE of these clothing sites based in China - and there are many, usually pop-up ads which show beautiful clothing and thus, attract your attention - are legit. DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY OF THEM. They don't show what the address is for returns, they don't acknowledge requests for returns other than to offer to refund you 20%, 30%, and so forth, trying to wear you down so you won't return. If you actually get an address for a return it will likely be outside the USA. Since you have to pay return shipping, it is, of course, not worth it. I disputed charges with my credit card company and then the Chinese company (Chicros) provided a bunch of bogus info and I ended up having to eat all the charges for ill-fitting clothing that was nothing like pictured, all of which I donated. DON'T do it!

I LOVE the Kesaradi and Manjish oils!!! As a acne sufferer for 15+ years I was desperately looking for a product that wouldn't break me out. I tried so many products and spent thousands of dollars on moisturizers, creams, cleansers, treatments, microdermabrasion...etc but none of them helped with my acne.
A friend of mine recommended these oils and I cannot thank her enough!!!
My skin, not only doesn't break out, the texture including pores and evenness has improved a lot.
Service could be better by letting you know if a product is sold out when you are buying it to prevent confusion and frustration later on. However, the customer service representatives are nice and friendly.

I’m having the exact same problem as the previous reviewer. I placed an order, my card was charged, and going on a week, I have not received an email confirmation, nor replies to my emails asking about the status of my order. I’m not too happy about that.
Ordered items on April 26th, card was charged on 27th (#171-384867). Item not yet received as of May 28th. Customer service is atrocious, with shoddy, intermittent responses. Finally called my credit card company and asked for a reimbursement.

Look at all of the complaints! And think of all of the people who are silently waiting and not saying anything either. I've given up hope on this company. No replies and they took hundreds of dollars for my order. I am SO bummed out that they are shady. If they cannot handle providing the products maybe they should not be taking orders until they are able. They must have so many complaints with banks for their fraud.
I've been waiting 4 weeks for my order. It's been sitting in a Fedx facility all that time. I contacted Fedx and now they tell me there's a problem with shipping it and are sending it back to the supplier. This WAS a Christmas gift. Not happy at all. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.

This was my first Order #171-508093 since Jan 1st 2021. The amount got deducted immediately but I still haven’t received the product. No response to my emails, the tracking number they gave is bogus, there's no record with DHL of a shipment, the order status just says 'ready' but hasn't been sent. They claim 4-5 days shipping but my order has been sitting 'ready' for more than twice that amount of time! I've tried to cancel the order and requested a refund through my payment method. Wish I'd seen these reviews before getting suckered into buying from this place.
Regarding my above review, the item arrived today, too late to give as the gift intended but it did arrive despite the inaccurate tracking information on my order. I would delete that first review if I could figure out how!
#171-567760 says is on the way, it has said the same thing for days...sitting at a facility. Reached out to customer service without response. I really wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. I think in the future do not take money from a customer until you have the products are are ready to ship. As of today it "says in transit" These products are expensive and I expect better customer service and communication. I assume these really are finally shipped. I hope to enjoy the products, however you really need to improve your customer service. I will be in touch as to if I actually receive the products and if I like the products. So far I am displeased.

Have used their products before that are not only brilliant but also their customer service needs to be applauded. I had an issue with my last order and was promptly refunded within 12 hours. This time the discount hadn’t been applied to the order which also was dealt within 8 hours. Just cannot fault them. I think considering the covid situation everyone needs to be a bit patient with deliveries for which courier companies are responsible not them. They have brilliant products and services and are certainly not a scam!

Glasses
Ordering was great. The prescription came out good and the glasses looked really nice. When I received the glasses though, they were uncomfortable, so I tried to return them and they only offered a 100% coupon to use at their store or a 50% refund. You have to pay to ship the glasses back to them though and when I checked for an estimate with the post office, it was going to cost more to ship them back than what I paid for the glasses themselves. There are other sites out there that offer FULL refunds AND will pay for the shipping to return the glasses. I'll be sticking with those companies instead.
