    Omg, Bookit didn't give back my money!

    Man, I was supposed to get a refund from Bookit but it never came through. Turns out the Florida attorney general went after them and got refunds for a ton of folks. But I missed out on getting mine back because I didn't send in my proofs of purchase quick enough. It's just not right! I'm really ticked off and can't wait for my attorney to give me a call.

    I was really let down by the trip I booked through this company. I had everything set up, but then out of nowhere they canceled it and didn't give me any sort of refund or credit. Their customer service was basically MIA - couldn't get anyone on the phone, and they were no help at all in sorting out the problem with my booking. It totally messed up our family vacation and just added a bunch of stress because they wouldn't communicate or take responsibility for the situation. Total bummer.

    I bought this fancy vacation package from this company, and man, what a mess. They didn't follow through with what they promised and wouldn't give me back the money I paid upfront. Dealing with them was a nightmare, and I suggest avoiding them if you want to book a vacation. Their customer service and lack of accountability is just terrible, it's obvious they're only out for themselves.

    Man, this company is the worst! I planned this trip with them and out of nowhere, they canceled it. No heads up or anything. They didn't even bother to give me my money back! How rude can you be? They even let go of all their employees and shut down the phones. Like seriously, who does that? It's so not cool. And now they want me to deal with my credit card company for a refund. Excuse me? That's your job, not mine!

    So, I did what any upset customer would do - I filed a dispute with my bank. And you know what they told me? They claimed they already gave me back the money. But guess what? My bank has no clue about any refund. Can you believe this? This is not how you treat people who trusted you. Decent companies don't just leave you high and dry like that. It's just not cool. So, yeah, I'm never using their services again. Maybe they were alright before, but now they're a total disaster. Don't fall into their scam!

    I had a really bad experience with this vacation booking company that suddenly shut down their site. They left us customers hanging with our money stuck in limbo. They said it was because of COVID-19, but it all seemed fishy. They told us to go bug our credit card companies or banks for refunds. That lack of honesty and responsibility has ticked off a lot of us. I suggest you really think hard and dig deep before you decide to book anything with them.

    I've been using online travel booking services for a while now, and let me tell you, my recent experience with this company was a total letdown. The customer service was terrible - they hardly communicated at all when problems came up. They'd just cancel trips out of the blue, leaving us to fend for ourselves with no way to get our money back. Me and a bunch of other folks were left high and dry, having to shell out extra dough for new accommodations because of their screw-up. It's really sad to see a company ripping off unsuspecting travelers like that. Needless to say, I'm never using them again.

    Oh my gosh, can you believe what went down at that place? They seriously ripped off tons of people and totally wrecked their vacations. Picture being trapped at a resort because your hotel bill wasn't settled and they won't let you split until you cough up the cash. It's seriously messed up! They tried blaming Covid for their shady moves, but that's no reason to swindle people out of their money. It's just not fair!

    Family vacation booking

    Oh my gosh, I can't believe how terrible Bookit is! I booked a family vacation to Destin, Florida at the Hilton H2 Suites through them, paid all the money and card details, and when we showed up, they had no record of our booking at all. No rooms, no confirmation, nothing! It was such a scam! I was so disappointed and frustrated, and had to find another hotel last minute. I'll never use them again. Ugh!

    My recent experience with that company was pretty disappointing, to be honest. I planned a trip through them, but then they went and cancelled it at the last minute. They didn't just cancel my flight and hotel, but they also didn't refund my money like they said they would. Dealing with their customer service was a total nightmare - they weren't helpful at all and never seemed to get back to me. Right now, I'm trying to get my money back through my bank and credit card company, and let me tell you, it's been a huge headache.

I had to spend forever arguing with my credit card company to get my charges reversed. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone trying to book a vacation.
