Hello flower delivery team ,please note my objection over one category Funeral flowers .
Why you consider these white flowers grows only for funeral usage ?? Is it?Please , you shouldn't write this.You should sell your flowers and flower baskets ,let customers choose for purposes.
Also please find mind if hearted you.
I am your regular buyer for last few months .I had seen before this time too.But forget to bring your attention.
This Christmas you did wonderful job of deliveries to my all friends where we as family couldn't go.
You are equally our shareholder for all appreciations.Rest everything is perfect,no other complain .Hope my orders on new year are on the way and will be delivered on time as always.Yeah they tried to pull that extra charge on me..and even still failed to deliver...scam
I ordered from just flowers two orders and my girl only received one of them. they tell me oh we tried to deliver them but they'll be re-delivered on saturday 5-8-21 but no flowers came. then if you try to get ahold of customer service you'll be on it for over two hours without anyone picking up the damn phone instead to automated system cuts you off and you have to start all over again. so how in the hell am i suppose to find out why my delivery never made it and yet they took my money. so how do i get a refund because these were mother day flowers and theirs no point now in sending them because the florists don't deliver on sundays. its a bunch of bullshit. i'll NEVER order any flowers again from Just Flowers.
yeah my order number was 9336303 the Enchantment Bouquet that she never got for her mom who just passed away.
Order # 9370237 was to be delivered yesterday, then today. Now tomorrow. What's with this???

Yep same thing happened with us. Got charged extra AND they werent even delivered. Got through to customer service once, they said they needed to look into it and call me back. This was on Saturday, still waiting for that call. I've called back, left messages and sent emails.Now they dont even answer their phone. Terrible.
I'm calling my bank to reverse the charges!!! They suck!!!

I recommend you all immediately call you credit card company and file a dispute. Your flowers will never arrive. You can get the money back thru your bank.

I was really happy with the service I got from this flower delivery company. Even though I had some doubts at first because of some bad reviews, I decided to give them a shot, and I'm really glad I did. The flowers I ordered arrived on time and were stunning. They were even better quality than I expected, and you could tell they were arranged with a lot of care and attention. I'll definitely be telling my friends and family about this service and will be using them again for sure. Thanks for doing a great job!
Last-minute Mother's Day flowers
I was in a bind last year for Mother's Day and all the local flower shops were swamped. I randomly found this website and decided to gamble on it, even though I saw some bad reviews. I placed my order the day before Mother's Day and to my delight, the flowers arrived on schedule and were absolutely stunning. They looked like they came from a charming little florist, which added an extra touch of sweetness.

I ordered some flowers for a special event and man, was I let down! Didn't get any confirmation for my order, had to practically beg for my order number, and they kept pushing back the delivery date four times without actually delivering. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare - I was on hold forever and all they gave me were empty promises. I had to kick it up a notch just to get a refund, which I'm still waiting on. Word of advice: stay far away from this company!
Premium flower arrangement with same-day delivery
My experience with that company was absolutely terrible. I ordered a fancy flower arrangement for a special occasion, hoping for same-day delivery. Sadly, the flowers didn't arrive on time, and the person I wanted to give them to had already left the hospital. They never even got to see the flowers. My experience with this flower delivery service was absolutely terrible. I ordered a gorgeous bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day, but the delivery just kept getting pushed back. It got so bad that it seemed like the flowers wouldn't even make it in time for Mother's Day. After a bunch of delays, I finally decided to cancel the order and asked for a refund. But even though they told me they processed the refund, I still haven't gotten it. The people I talked to in customer service were no help at all and just kept blaming my credit card company for the delay. This kind of service is just not okay, and I'm thinking about reporting them for being so unprofessional.

I am so frustrated with the awful customer service I got when I tried to have a funeral spray delivered. They didn't even deliver the $200 arrangement I ordered, and then they tried to make me change the delivery location instead of giving me a refund. It took me forever arguing with call center people overseas just to get a supervisor to agree to refund my money. It was really disappointing how little they cared during such a tough time. Man, let me tell you, they really dropped the ball on this one! I mean, I had ordered some flowers for my sweet old mom a whole week before Mother's Day, expecting them to arrive on Saturday. They wasted no time charging my card but then had the nerve to send an email on Saturday saying delivery wouldn't be until Tuesday or Wednesday. I tried hitting them up by phone and email, but it was like talking to a brick wall - they straight up ghosted me. I had to take matters into my own hands and cancel the charge through Visa. Absolutely atrocious customer service, man.

I wanted to surprise my mom on her birthday with a beautiful flower arrangement that cost $75. So, I placed an order through this service. But man, let me tell you, it was a disaster! The website said that they could deliver on the same day, but then after I confirmed everything and paid, I get a message saying they can't do it. The customer service folks were no help at all. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they tried to get me to pay extra for delivery the next day. I felt like they didn't care at all about the inconvenience they caused. To top it off, they only gave me a lousy $5 discount on a replacement order. They already had my money, didn't want to give it back, and insisted on sending my mom a potted plant instead of the beautiful flowers I had wanted. It was such a disappointment. I wouldn't recommend using this service to anyone.

On the flip side, I ordered some flowers from another website for a different event, got a confirmation email right away, and the flowers showed up on time and looked amazing. So, I'm pretty bummed about the lack of communication and service from this company. I guess I won't be using them again.
