    Christmas gift mishap

    I ordered a Christmas gift online and it came today, earlier than I thought, but they sent the wrong item! When I called customer service to fix the mix-up, they said I'd need to pay extra to get the correct thing before Christmas. I told them it was their error, but they wouldn't change their minds. So frustrating! I won't be shopping here again and I'll be sure to tell all my friends not to either.

    Missing item in order

    I had a problem with my order because one of the items I bought was missing when it arrived. I reached out to customer service to try to get it sorted out, but they were not willing to give me a refund for the missing item. I was really let down by the lack of responsibility and help from them, and it left me feeling really annoyed and unhappy with how everything went down while shopping.

    I bought 2 pairs of shoes from this company not too long ago, and I have to say, I was really let down by how they handled the shipping. You know, I placed the order and they said it was already on its way, but turns out it never even left their place. When I tried reaching out to customer service, they couldn't give me a good reason why it took almost a whole month just to get my refund processed. That lack of honesty and taking responsibility just doesn't sit right with me as a customer. So, I've decided to stop doing business with them and I'll be using a different payment method for my future purchases.

    My recent purchase

    I am so fed up with this company. The warehouse is a total mess, causing them to send the wrong items all the time. Then, they have the nerve to make you pay AGAIN for a replacement, or they won't even send your order until they fix their mistake. When I called customer service, the supervisor had the audacity to say it's their policy and that I should go somewhere else if I don't like it. Well, I'm definitely taking that advice - I'm never shopping here again.

    Bra, wrong size, long phone call

    I ordered a bra but the person on the phone was having a hard time understanding me because it seemed like English wasn't their first language. It took forever to finally get the bra ordered, and they ended up sending the wrong size. When I tried to fix it, they said it was too late and I just had to make a whole new order for the correct size. It was frustrating!

    I had the worst time trying to cancel this order because they didn't give me a tracking number. I had to keep buggin' them for the tracking info and carrier details, but they weren't helpful at all. I even asked for a supervisor a bunch of times, but I still didn't get anywhere. When the package finally showed up, it was a pain to send it back because it was packaged so crappy. It was wrapped in flimsy plastic and had a bunch of boxes inside. The whole thing was just terrible and downright annoying.

    Skirt purchase, misleading product

    I ordered this skirt from the brand off of a third-party site, thinking I'd get something nice. But when it came, I was bummed to see the material was low quality and nothing like the pic online. Decided to send it back, but they said they'd take out $9.99 for using their label. So not cool!

    I ordered a few things, but I had some rewards I wanted to use and they wouldn't let me! Then the lady on the phone kept pushing me to buy more stuff, even though I told her I wasn't interested. And to top it off, my gift card didn't show up for almost two days. Ugh, so frustrating!

    I returned a couple things a little while ago and I've been trying to check on my refund status since October 31st, but I haven't gotten any updates despite reaching out multiple times. It's now November 14th and I still haven't heard anything back or received my refund. It's really frustrating and disappointing that the company hasn't been responsive or accountable.

    Tank dresses

    I recently bought two tank dresses for an upcoming trip, both in my usual size that I’ve been wearing for years. But when they arrived, I was bummed to see that they were way too big. What’s more, the cost of shipping them was crazy high, making the total bill $59.08. When I tried to send them back, they slapped me with a $10.99 return fee and I’m only getting $31.00 back - just a little over half of what I paid. It feels like a total rip-off, and I can’t shake the feeling they purposely make their sizes off to profit from returns. I once ordered a pair of pants that were made of super cheap fabric, and I wish I had learned my lesson then. All in all, I’m not happy with this whole situation and won’t be shopping from them or their partners again.

    I never got my order and had to email them a bunch of times just to find out what was going on. It's really annoying and kind of a letdown that my stuff didn't show up when it was supposed to. Now I'm stuck having to ask for my money back, which is just a huge pain. All in all, I've had a pretty bad time with this and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.

    Tight fit, returned item

    I bought something recently and ended up regretting it big time. The thing I got was too small, so I tried to return it. Turns out, it was way more complicated than I thought. Instead of refunding my card, they gave me a gift card, which was annoying. What really got me was when I tried to cancel the gift card and get the money back on my card - they said I'd have to pay a $10.95 fee. Are you kidding me? That's almost half of what I paid for the item! After arguing back and forth, they finally agreed to drop the fee. But guess what? When I checked my statement, the fee was still there. This whole mess has really turned me off from this store. I'm definitely never shopping here again.

    Duplicate Christmas order

    I just dealt with this company that totally messed up my Christmas order. You wouldn't believe it - they sent a duplicate order to the wrong address and haven't even shipped it out yet. I asked them to cancel it, but they straight up refused. Now it's stuck and causing me a headache. I'm really disappointed by their lack of responsibility and their refusal to make things right. Hopefully they step up their customer service game moving forward.

I felt like a total fashionista wearing them! Ordering was a breeze, super easy and quick, and the customer service was top-notch. I had a question about sizes and they were so friendly and helpful. The prices were great and totally worth it for the awesome quality of the clothes. I'm a fan of this store now and for sure gonna be back for more shopping!

    Unavailable products disappointment

    It's really frustrating when you get all excited looking through company catalogs with awesome products, only to have them be out of stock every time you try to order them. And that's exactly what happened with this company. Every time I called to place an order, the products I wanted were sold out. The customer service rep tried to push me to buy different stuff I didn't even want, and when I said no, they just gave me a generic sorry that felt fake and practiced. Plus, there was a language barrier since they talked super fast with an accent that made it hard to understand. All in all, not being able to get what I wanted and dealing with subpar customer service left me feeling pretty disappointed.

    Burgundy boots

    I just got a pair of burgundy boots for my upcoming trip, but man, was I bummed when they showed up all beat up in a beat-up box with no tissue paper. I reached out to customer service right away, thinking they'd fix it fast because it was totally their mistake. But nope, they couldn't send me a new pair in time for my trip. Their lack of urgency and not caring about customer satisfaction has left me feeling annoyed and inconvenienced. So yeah, I'm not shopping here again.

    I paid extra for express shipping on something from this store, but it showed up late. And to top it off, when I sent it back, they hit me with a crazy $58.07 fee. It's so annoying to fork over more money for express shipping just for it to be late and then get charged for returning it. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at that store again. SMH.

    Surprise fees

    I was super upset with my experience at this store. I bought something and then found out I got signed up for a rewards program that costs $18 a month, with no heads-up beforehand. I didn't realize there was this hidden fee until I was already charged. Even though the first month was supposed to be "free", I feel like this store was sneaky and not upfront with me. It made me feel so irritated and ripped off. I definitely won't be coming back to shop here again.
