    i am buying my jewellery from here for the past three years and not even for single time i feel disappointed this is something i really appreciated. customer care really supports the whole satisfaction customer rule along with polite and professional talk without any issue so yes please try it !
    they have the best quality too which assure the purchase everytime

    Emballage très bas de gamme prouvant bien la qualité du produit lui-même.

    Faux certificats d'authenticité.

    Site trompeur annonçant jusqu'à 80% de réduction, je vous défi de trouver ne serait-ce qu'un produit à 50%, 40%, ou 30%...

    Passez votre chemin si vous voulez acheter chez eux, j'aurais mieux fait de croire les clients mécontents qui ont ici laissés des avis négatifs.

    J'ai voulu y croire...tout comme vous.

    Alors vraiment ne prenez pas le risque d'être déçus...

    C'est à cause d'entreprises de ce genre que certains n'osent acheter en ligne...

    Je me demande bien comment QP Jewellers va tenter de résoudre ce conflit...
    ...avec sûrement de belles phrases bien tournées, très professionnelles, malheureusement ça ne suffira pas...en tout cas pour ma part.

    Really bad experience too. The only way to contact customer service is using the chat on the website. Made 2 orders 2 weeks ago. First answer will be shipped the next day latest. Still no shipping email so i contacted them again, and now it is another story, one order is due to be shipped no later than Monday for delivery within 2 working days, the other one has been lost in transit whilst on its way to the Edinburgh Assay Office for hallmarking which we will craft a new item and ship ASAP. But still no shipping email. So STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMER

    They sold me used merchandise as new, and were very unprofessional and useless when challenged their merchandise quality
