Sunscreens and Moisturizer
I think people writing poor reviews are setting their standards at the same level as Amazon while also not reading details....partially understandable and partially not. First of all, the site layout is great. Prices are far better than Amazon and they reward bulk purchases. It's very fortunate we have sites like these that offer Asian cosmetics/sunscreens to the US market all in one place like this.
I do not understand why customer service is being so harshly criticized here. Again, they're not a behemoth corporation akin to Amazon. Even so, they have given responses that were admittedly general but when you ask for clarification they do respond in kind. I had trouble with an order taking so long to process and they got back to me and explained why. It was completely my misunderstanding when I made the order and they were very clear with me on what mistake I made.
That brings me to delivery. It's the only downside to this site. You're much better off buying in bulk because orders do take a long time. When you view a product, look for a statement right under the title that says something like "usually ships within X hours or days". I ordered a product that said usually ships within 30 days and didn't realize when I made the order. This drastically increased the processing time as they were waiting for supply. I think the website could be more clear about what they have in inventory and what is on back order.
That said, I would definitely use this service again taking better care to look for what they can ship out quickly and I will use this site to buy anything I don't need immediately. They have excellent prices and worth the wait.Shoppers - do not buy anything from this website.

Do not waste your hard earn money. They do not care about you... they only want your money for FREE! I sent them 2nd email follow-up on my order and still waiting to hear back from them. I will reject the payment through PayPal. Who knows, maybe they will ship me my order a year later. It was my first time ordering from Stylevana, and I was extremely worried due to the numerous bad reviews, but I decided to give it a try anyway. I place my order on August 12th, 2022, and in 2-3 days it was still "processing". I use the messaging feature on the website to ask how long it usually takes for an order to be "confirmed"; I got a response in a day saying that my order is already packed and is awaiting to be sent out; it was stated that I should be receiving my order in 6-12 business days. On August 16th I got a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number; I believe it took 4 days to ship only because I ordered on Friday and they don't work on the weekends, so I find it reasonable to be shipped on Tuesday the following week. I will attach the travel history of my order for you to see how long each stage takes. I received my order in the mail on August 24th, therefore, it took 12 days (or 9 business days) to be delivered to me from the moment I ordered. That falls into the exact delivery timing the lady stated in the response. The package was in amazing condition and I received everything I ordered. For those who are interested I used free shipping, so I didn't pay for any insurance. Overall, I am super happy with what I got, so I would definitely recommend it! 10/10!
Discounts can be a bit challenging to understand, so if you have any questions use the messaging feature on the site to message customer help. As far as I understood the discount you apply only applies to the cheapest item in your cart; meaning if you use the 10% off code, it will only take 10% off your cheapest item not the entire total.Skincare products
First time ordering: When I first ordered off this website I was a bit nervous because of all the negative reviews, however, I decided to take the gamble because the prices were so much better than any other website. Overall I would say that my experience was a 4/5. All my items came in bubble wrap and were packed very nicely into a cardboard box. None of the items were damaged or missing. Shipping takes a really long time, and when I ordered it took nearly 2 weeks for them to even pack the order. I emailed customer service twice and they got back to me within 24 hours. They said that some of the stuff that I ordered wasn't in stock yet, and so I should expect it to ship within the next few days (when the stuff I ordered was in stock). Once my order had finally shipped, I got it within 7-8 days. In my experience when ordering with Stylevana you have to be VERY patient, but in the end, everything will turn out okay.
Second time ordering: This time the process is going a lot smoother and faster. I haven't gotten my stuff yet, but I placed my order on September 6th, it is now September 11th, and my order is already shipped and on its way to JFK from Hong Kong.K beauty products
A lot of the reviews on this site are just not fair, you know? Like, come on, there was one where this person was all mad they didn't get a refund after just a week of waiting. Seriously? If you're ordering from an international website, you gotta do your homework, man. Me, I ordered from STYLEVANA and another site around the same time, and guess what? My STYLEVANA stuff got here in just 2 weeks, beating the other one. I've had orders from other sites that took over a month to get to me, but I didn't go off because I get how international shipping works. I'd rather wait a little longer for some reasonably priced K beauty stuff than spend a ton at other places. But hey, if you've been waiting way too long, that's a whole other story. All in all, people need to chill with their expectations and get how international shopping goes. I'm happy with what I got and you can bet I'll be ordering more in the future. Great shopping experience, Disappointing free shipping policy
I had a really good time shopping at that store. They had a lot of different products to pick from and the website was easy to get around. But, I was kind of bummed when I found out that they only give free shipping if you spend a certain amount. If you use a coupon to save money and it brings your total below that amount, you lose the free shipping. I think that's not really fair, especially since most online stores give free shipping based on the subtotal before any discounts. It's pretty disappointing to get punished for trying to save a little cash with a coupon.
Affordable and neatly packed items
I've always had a great time shopping at this online store. The prices are way better than other stores, especially for things that cost a lot more in the UK. Just gotta make sure to pick stuff that's in stock, or else it can take forever to get your order. Usually, my stuff comes in 10 days to a couple of weeks, but this time it only took 6 days to ship. Still, they don't always ship in 24 hours like they claim. But I do like that my stuff always comes perfectly packed.

First time placing order with Stylevana and it's going good so far as the Package has been dispatched within one working week, I've received the tracking email and it's showing me updates that at which step is my package right now. I placed the order without reading any reviews about Stylevana, and when I read the reviews on different review sites and social media (specially TikTok), it turned out most of the people have complaints about them (mostly delayed packages, bad customer service, refund haven't received etc etc), after reading these comments I was quite worried that may be my experience is gonna be like them as well but I was pleasantly surprised when I received 2 emails back and forth saying that my order has been packed and dispatched along with tracking email with one working week of placing the order.
Skincare products
I recently got some skincare stuff from this website and let me tell you, I'm seriously impressed with the whole thing. Yeah, it took forever to get here since it was coming from Korea, but other than that, it was all top-notch. The prices were good, they had some awesome deals that let me get extra stuff for free. Their tracking system was on point, I could see exactly where my package was at all times. When my stuff finally arrived, it was in perfect shape, and the package was just the right size, no wasted space. Their customer service was quick to help out, especially when my package got stuck at the local post office. And hey, it's nice that everything's in English for us international folks. Honestly, I've got nothing bad to say, I'd totally recommend this site to anyone.
Sunscreen
I absolutely love the sunscreen I was able to purchase from this site. I was referred by an influencer and the recommendations far exceeded my expectations. The fact that there is little to no eye sting with all three Suncreens I tried (Beauty of Joseon, Purito and Isntree) blew me away. My husband works outside all day and never liked wearing sunscreen because when he sweats it would sting his eye, but the Beauty of Joseon is the first Sunscreen he can wear and I'm so excited that he will be protected now. And I absolutely loved both Beauty of Joseon and Isntree. I love the subtle glow that Isntree gives me for no makeup days. Delivery took just shy of two weeks, however, for international shipping and the quality of the product I did not think this was too bad. I will be purchasing again!!!

I gotta tell ya, the skincare products I got from STYLEVANA were top-notch! I'm talking about the skin1004 and beauty of joseon brands. Honestly, these products went above and beyond my expectations and they totally stepped up my skincare game. But let me just say, the website itself was a bit of a nightmare. It was so hard to use and place an order. I kept running into issues like the website crashing or getting stuck in a loop when I was trying to make changes to my cart or complete my purchase. It was super frustrating to deal with this not once, but multiple times. It definitely put a damper on the whole shopping experience.
Asian beauty products
Stylevana is really awesome! They carry the best Asian beauty products and everything is so cute and pretty. I enjoy shopping there because they always have what I'm looking for and the prices are really reasonable. The only downside is that sometimes you have to wait a bit for your items to arrive, but it's worth it because they offer such great deals and rewards. I'm totally obsessed!

I ordered something and it hasn't arrived
I ordered something from this store like two months ago and it hasn't come yet! It's seriously taking forever, feels like they're sending it by snail mail or something! Customer service just keeps sending me a tracking link that doesn't give me any real info. They don't even know where my package is! I'm so done with this place, never buying from here again!
Quick delivery, affordable prices
This online store is legit, I gotta say! I wasn't sure at first, but my order showed up super fast and the prices were amazing. Skincare products and free gifts
I recently bought some skincare products from STYLEVANA, which came with some free gifts from Round Lab. I was really looking forward to getting the package, but when it finally arrived, those gifts from Round Lab were nowhere to be found. I specifically picked out my items to get those gifts, so it was pretty disappointing to see that they were either left out or taken during the packing process. I tried to reach out to customer service a few times by email, but all I got back were automated responses and it seemed like no one was really listening to my concerns. This whole situation has definitely given me a bad impression and now I'm not sure if I want to order from STYLEVANA again in the future.
Out-of-stock items
I was definitely bummed when I saw that some things I wanted to buy were out of stock when I placed my order. But I was happy that the customer service folks got back to me quickly and gave me a refund without any problems.
skincare products
I'm pretty bummed about how my order delivery was handled. I spent over $100 on it and never got any updates until I checked the tracking site and saw that it supposedly arrived four days ago. It's been a whole month since I ordered, and I still don't know where my package is. The lack of communication and the delay in delivery have been really annoying and inconvenient for me.
Discount codes
I really like those discount codes the company gives out because they help me save money when I'm shopping. But, I do wish they had more info about the products and what they do on their website. It would make things a lot easier for me so I wouldn't have to go searching on other sites before I buy something.
